About AMC Recalls

Who we are

We're international medical graduates. We trained outside Australia, sat the AMC MCQ, and passed it.

Anyone who has prepared for this exam knows the setup: a folder of recall files of unknown age, no answer key you can trust, and no way of telling what the exam is actually asking this month. That was ours too. When we sat AMC Part 1, there was nothing like this site to prepare from.

So we built it. AMC Recalls is the resource we wish we'd had, and it exists so the next doctor doesn't have to prepare without one.

What you'll find here

After each AMC MCQ sitting, we publish a new set of 100 practice questions. Every question comes with the answer, an explanation pitched at the standard the AMC tests (what a new intern in Australia would be expected to do), and a recall tip for exam day. Older months stay up, so you can work back through past sittings.

Around the questions, we write guides to the exam itself: when it runs, what it costs, how to book it, and what the pathway looks like for doctors trained in India, Pakistan and elsewhere.

All of it is free.
